Undergraduate Excellence Award for Social Studies - AP United States History
The Undergraduate Excellence Award is given to top level scholars who demonstrate advanced critical thinking skills, and recipients are handpicked by subject level teachers. Less than 4 students from each undergraduate class of over 450 receive an award per subject.
6x Principal's Honor Roll
Awarded to students for maintaining a 4.0 GPA throughout the semester. Achieved this recognition for all six semesters of high school so far.
AP Scholar with Distinction
Awarded to students who have demonstrated outstanding college-level achievement through their performance on multiple AP Exams, specifically an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.
Ranked #2 in United States - Lincoln-Douglas Debate
Placed 2nd in Speaker Award category from a field of 10,300+ competitors at the National Speech and Debate Tournament. Speaker Awards are given to debaters who display exceptional rhetorical, persuasive, and presentational skills. Also recorded second highest prelim seed at the national tournament with an 11-1 record in preliminary rounds.
Ranked #2 in California - Lincoln-Douglas Debate
Placed 2nd of 399 at the 2026 California High School Speech Association State Championships.
Finalist at the Arizona State HDSHC Invitational at Arizona State University
Placed 9th out of 199 nationwide competitors; debated 13 pieces of congressional legislation ranging from AI data center regulation to American foreign policy in Asia.
2x Semifinalist at the James Logan MLK Jr. Invitational
Competed in Lincoln-Douglas debate (placed 3rd of 134) and Congressional Debate.
Runner-up and 3rd Place Speaker at Stephen Stewart Memorial Invitational
Double award recipient from a field of 76 competitors.
